Join your neighbors and make this the biggest and best community sale yet! Skypointe Unit Owner’s Association will be advertising the event in the Las Vegas Review Journal and Craigslist and will have the gates open for this event. Homeowners have the opportunity to clean out their garage and sell their “treasures” and we’ll do the rest! Please contact Terra West at 702-362-6262 if you need more information.New Pool Security
Now that the pool is open, a reminder that we have new access rules for our community pool. The pool gates will be accessed through an individual key fob that was mailed out to homeowners in late September. The new security system will help keep the pool more secure and allow Sky Pointe residents to have peace of mind to know that those using the pool are authorized users. Of course, this system is only a tool and needs the help of each resident to not open the gates for those without key fobs. To use the new fobs, simply touch the new access pad with your key fob and the gate will unlock. Be sure to hold onto your key fobs as

The Board of Directors has approved a management contract with Terra West Property Management Company in Las Vegas. Parking - Do Your Part
Just a reminder that homeowners are to use their garages for storage of vehicles only. As a homeowner, your vehicles are not to be parked in the on-street or guest parking areas. Enforcement of these important CC&Rs will begin to be enforced shortly. Please remember that according to Las Vegas fire code, vehicles parked in front of the stairs or touching over-hanging the red fire lane marking are at risk of immediate towing action.

The board is now accepting applications for membership on two newly formed committees. The new committees are for Parking and Neighborhood Watch.The committees will probe into issues facing Sky Pointe and provide recommendations back to the Board.
